Tirana- This project aims to provide a modern infrastructure. It will connect the municipalities of Tepelena and Himara, as well as the district of Gjirokastra with Vlora river road and the coast.

The road segment has a 9.5 km length. It starts at the exit of Kuç village and ends at Gusmare village. It foresees stop places every 250 m for vehicles, and a considerable number of structural works. These structural works consist of large bridges, small bridges, circular and rectangular culverts, as well as retaining walls.

Works have started from the village of Gusmar in the direction of Kuc. Works are in progress with the excavation-filling in areas with rugged terrain from km 6 + 500 to the end of the project. Works will soon start from Kuc in the direction of Gusmar.

The complete reconstruction of this road will improve the quality of life of theinhabitants of this village. This long-awaited investment for contemporary infrastructure will improve the mobility of pedestrians and vehicles.

Shortening the distances, travel time to reach the coastal destinations specifically during the summer while promoting the development of agrotourism in the area and trade of agricultural products through the facilitation of transport.
