Tiranë- Fshati Grabian është qendra e Njësisë Administrative me të njëjtin emër, e cila ndodhet në Perëndim të qytetit të Lushnjes dhe Fushës së Myzeqesë.Më herët ky fshat nuk kishte një ujësjellës për të furnizuar banorët me ujë të pijshëm. Mungesa e këtij rrjeti vështirësonte kushtet bazë të jetesës si dhe prodhimin e produkteve bujqësore e blegtorale. Me financim të Qeverisë Shqiptare është në proces pune, ndërtimi i water depot and Water Distribution Network in Grabian. Wells (1, 2,3 and 4), submersible pump installation, with the relevant installations, and water analyzes were performed for all 4 wells at the Institute of Public Health.

In the following days will be cemented the roof of the depot 75 m3, construction of depot on the transmission line, as well as the construction of lines in the internal network.The intervention is implemented in the framework of the program "Priority Investments - Impact on Tourism Development and Promotion". This intervention aims at improving the living conditions of residents as well as maintaining and promoting the development of the agricultural and livestock sector.
