Reconstruction of Vlora River Road

Budget: 10.490 billion ALL with VAT

Implementation period : 2017 – 2022

Funding: Kuwaiti Fund 77% of the value, and the Albanian Government 23% of the value + VAT.

Geographical coverage:  Vlora county, River Vlora valley, 3 municipalities(Vlore, Selenica, Himara);

Beneficiaries: 129 million inhabitants

Project Objective: The project foresees to build sustainable public infrastructure in the South Coast area, specifically in Vlora River area. This will improve the living conditions of locals and will transform tourism sector one of the main pillars of the local and regional economy.
