So far, about 60% of the planned works have been completed.

The road starts from the existing Intersection of the Trans-Balkan Road with Zvernec Road foreseen by the Trans-Balkan Road Implementation Project Vlora, as a simple T-shaped Intersection and continues according to the extension of the existing axis under construction of the Trans-Balkan Road with a straight line 140m long and connects to the port with a 57m radius turn.

After the completion of this project, the entire length of the road ends, as well as the connection of the Fier-Vlora highway with the Trans-Balkan road to the Port. This significantly improves the movement of vehicles in the port.
