Based on Article 7 of Law No. 119/2014 “On the Right to Information” (hereinafter “LDI”), the Albanian Development Fund (hereinafter “ADF”) publishes the Transparency Program (hereinafter “TP”) approved by the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection (hereinafter “Commissioner”).

The ADF's TP specifies the categories of information that must be made public. Unsolicited public information will be: complete, accurate, up-to-date, easy to consult, understandable, easily accessible and compatible with the original documents in the ADF's possession. Also, before publishing the information, the ADF assesses whether there are any legal restrictions on publication.

Acts containing rules, norms or restrictions on the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual, as well as those with direct effect on them, are made public by displaying or posting on the official website, within 48 hours of the approval of the act by the ADF.

The transparency program specifies the categories of information that must be made public, the method of publication, and the legal provisions from which the obligation to publish arises. In publishing information, the ADF takes into account the public interest and enables easy access to public information.
