Comprising two distinct structures—the Welcome Center and the Observation Tower—the project seamlessly integrates public spaces with functional versatility.

Welcome Center

A dynamic, multi-level structure, the Welcome Center offers diverse spaces for public engagement:

  • Ground Floor: An open market with a flexible layout allows for local vendors, seasonal fairs, and community gatherings. Integrated bars and seating areas create a lively atmosphere.
  • First Floor: Hosts a Summer Art School, providing creative workshops, exhibitions, and cultural events.
  • Second Floor: Dedicated to sports and fitness, featuring training areas, changing rooms, and all necessary sports facilities.
  • Rooftop Terrace: A versatile outdoor space, adaptable for both sports activities and community events, maximizing Ksamil’s scenic coastal environment.

Observation Tower

Standing as a visual and functional landmark, the Observation Tower serves multiple purposes:

  • Tourism Information Center, offering guidance and resources for visitors.
  • Panoramic Viewing Platform, capitalizing on the tower’s height for stunning coastal views.
  • Bar & Lounge Area, providing a relaxed setting with scenic overlooks.
  • Storage & Service Areas, supporting the center’s operational needs.
  • Vertical Circulation, ensuring seamless access across all levels.

Together, the Welcome Center and Observation Tower redefine public space in Ksamil, fostering engagement, creativity, and recreation while embracing the town’s natural beauty.
