IV. The Bidder submitting the successful Bid: <\/strong>“Cemil Ozgur Insaat Sanayi Ve Ticaret AS”.<\/p>\n

V. The Contract price: <\/strong>4,527,343.2 US$ (VAT included).<\/p>\n

VI. The duration and summary scope of the contract:<\/strong> The construction period is 12 months. The Project consists of the reconstruction of the road the secondary roads from \u201cPlepa\u201d Roundabout to \u201cGolem\u201d underpass on both sides, identified by the designer as \u201cAM\u201d and \u201cAD\u201d. The road rehabilitation is followed by the construction of the new networks of the underground facilities such as drainage electrical and road lighting.<\/p>\n

The main objectives are:<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 improving access to the touristic potentials of the area, with the purpose of tourism development,
\n–\u00a0 increase the quality of life of the community and vacationers,
\n–\u00a0 increase opportunities for the sustainable economic development of the tourist area,
\n–\u00a0 improve and ensure movement of vehicles and people within the tourist area as well as improving and facilitating the circulation of vehicles from the tourist area towards Kavaja, Durr\u00ebs and Tirana.<\/p>\n

To achieve the above objectives, it is foreseen the reconstruction of the roads, canals and promenades, mainly on existing paths.<\/p>\n
