Pothuajse n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb gjat\u00ebsin\u00eb konstatohen plasaritje dhe t\u00eb \u00e7ara t\u00eb shtresave rrugore, kryesisht n\u00eb t\u00eb dy an\u00ebt e saj.<br \/>\nKy aks karakterizohet nga nj\u00eb intensitet i lart\u00eb qarkullimi, si p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit dhe p\u00ebr mjetet e transportit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb llojeve. Rruga \u00ebsht\u00eb aks kryesor (rrug\u00eb nacionale) dhe ju sh\u00ebrben bizneseve t\u00eb shumt\u00eb q\u00eb ndodhen n\u00eb dy an\u00ebt e saj e rrjedhimisht t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bizneseve t\u00eb Divjak\u00ebs. Por jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb aspektin ekonomik, kjo rrug\u00eb ju vjen n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb dhe banor\u00ebve, nisur k\u00ebtu dhe nga denduria e banesave\/popullsis\u00eb, mund t\u00eb konsiderohet edhe si nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb urbane n\u00eb shum\u00eb prej segmenteve t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>Nga FSHZH do t\u00eb kryhet p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i shtresave rrugore p\u00ebr segmentin rrugor m\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar dhe hedhja e asfaltobetonit p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqen e rrug\u00ebs. \u00a0P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb segment rrugor jan\u00eb parashikuar punimet si m\u00eb posht\u00eb p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebt ku v\u00ebrehen \u00e7arje dhe cedime t\u00eb shtresave asfaltike),<\/li>\n<li>Shtres\u00eb cakulli,<\/li>\n<li>Shtres\u00eb stabilizanti,<\/li>\n<li>Profilim me binder, (profilim
