Saranda kufizohet me Delvin\u00ebn, Vlor\u00ebn dhe Gjirokastr\u00ebn dhe lidhet me Greqin\u00eb p\u00ebrmes kufirit tok\u00ebsor dhe detar. Rajoni jugor n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi dhe zona p\u00ebrreth Sarand\u00ebs n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti dallohet p\u00ebr pasuri t\u00eb pashfryt\u00ebzuara natyrore, si dhe nj\u00eb rajon me vlera kulturore e monumentale te antikitetit, me potenciale e resurse t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr zhvillimin e turizmit kulturor, historik e natyror.<\/p>\n<p>Objekti p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin po b\u00ebjm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb studim \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga rrug\u00ebt kryesore t\u00eb zon\u00ebs s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimeve, hotel Turiz\u00ebm &#8211; Kanali i \u00c7uk\u00ebs. Ajo fillon tek n\u00ebnstacioni i vjet\u00ebr elektrik dhe p\u00ebrfundon te takimi me rrug\u00ebn Sarand\u00eb-Butrint, tek Kanali i \u00c7uk\u00ebs me nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi rreth 2425m. Territori eshte mjaft mire i ekspozuar ndaj diellit dhe ve\u00e7orit\u00eb klimaterike q\u00eb shfaq kjo zon\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme e t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzueshme, p\u00ebr trajtimin e objekteve me karakter banimi dhe sh\u00ebrbimi.<\/p>\n<p>Projekti synon t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi leht\u00ebsuese p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim publik bashk\u00ebkohor, leht\u00ebsimin e qarkullimit t\u00eb mjeteve q\u00eb do t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb qytet dhe me p\u00ebrfitime t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta n\u00eb lidhje me mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsim, t\u00eb cilat krijohen si gjat\u00eb faz\u00ebs s\u00eb zbatimit ashtu edhe gjat\u00eb faz\u00ebs s\u00eb operimit.
