Porti i Vlor\u00ebs e pengon k\u00ebt\u00eb akses t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb duke qen\u00eb se sip\u00ebrfaqja e cila e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb lidhje \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Projekti synon krijimin e nj\u00eb parku t\u00ebrheq\u00ebs qendror t\u00eb karakterizuar nga nj\u00eb sekuenc\u00eb hap\u00ebsirash publike, q\u00eb kujdesen p\u00ebr nevojat e ndryshme t\u00eb nj\u00eb qyteti n\u00eb zhvillim si Vlora.<\/p>\n<p>Parku \u00ebsht\u00eb konceptuar si nj\u00eb vat\u00ebr e gjelb\u00ebr, midis qytetit dhe detit q\u00eb merr parasysh transformimet e ardhshme urbane dhe infrastrukturore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar lidhje t\u00eb reja fizike dhe vizuale midis t\u00eb dyve.<\/p>\n<p>Zona e projektit n\u00eb studim ka nj\u00eb pozicion strategjik, p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket rrug\u00ebve lidh\u00ebse q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrreth.
