Ambiente me lag\u00ebshtir\u00eb, t\u00eb amortizuara dhe t\u00eb pap\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb instaluar \u00e7do lloj infrastrukture ndihm\u00ebse kan\u00eb sjell\u00eb problematika t\u00eb vazhdueshme, ditore si p\u00ebr stafin dhe p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht jan\u00eb marr\u00eb ambiente t\u00eb tjera me qera, t\u00eb cilat ndikojn\u00eb direkt n\u00eb buxhetin e bashkis\u00eb dhe n\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjen e funksioneve dhe drejtorive, duke&nbsp; krijuar kosto fizike dhe ekonomike.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje totalisht t\u00eb amortizuar, godina e Bashkis\u00eb Divjak\u00eb do ti n\u00ebnshtrohet nj\u00eb procesi transformimi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar k\u00ebshtu t\u00eb gjith\u00eb logjistik\u00ebn e domosdoshme dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar marrjen e sh\u00ebrbimeve.
