Me financim t\u00eb Bank\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore dhe n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit \u201cP\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Integruar Urban dhe Turizmin\u201d u nd\u00ebrtua totalisht nga e para rrjeti inxhinierik n\u00ebntok\u00ebsor, duke vijuar me restaurimin e 6,000 metrave katror\u00eb kalldr\u00ebme dhe rehabilitimin e mbi 900 metrave katror\u00eb hap\u00ebsira publike. Q\u00eb n\u00eb momentin e par\u00eb, vendosja e traut q\u00eb lejon vet\u00ebm k\u00ebmb\u00ebsor\u00eb paralajm\u00ebron n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb simbolike shk\u00ebputjen nga jeta moderne urbane, n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb q\u00eb duket se ka \u201cngrir\u00eb n\u00eb histori\u201d.
