Rruga lidh Lushnjen, Fierin dhe Beratin dhe siguron infrastruktur\u00eb me standarde p\u00ebr 40 mij\u00eb banor\u00eb. Nga pik\u00ebpamja e zhvillimit rural ky projekt siguron kosto m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta prodhimi dhe shitje, rritje dhe diversifikim t\u00eb prodhimit bujq\u00ebsor. Rreth 6.600 familje n\u00eb zon\u00eb kan\u00eb burim primar t\u00eb ardhurash bujq\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe blegtorin\u00eb.Kjo nd\u00ebrhyrje do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb p\u00ebr fermer\u00ebt dalje m\u00eb t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb n\u00eb tregje, duke ndikuar k\u00ebshtu n\u00eb rritjen e prodhimit vendas.
