O 4.1-N.359-03<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Albanian Development Fund (ADF) intends to award a service contract for support of ADF, as the Lead Partner in the quality assurance of the project management, the designation of a Consultant with the specific expertise for supporting the project staff in the financial management of the project and preparing periodic progress reports and joint progress reports in the dedicated system for the project is foreseen in Albania with financial assistance from the Project ALMONIT &#8211; MTC, \u00a0programme of the European Union.
