I.\u00a0 The duration and summary scope of the contract: <\/strong>The construction period is 4 months.<\/p>\n

The project foresees the rehabilitation of the existing facades of the old building located on the both sides of Vlora Boulevard, Ismali Qemali. There approx. 20 old buildings from 3 to 6 floors along the 1.7 km lately reconstructed boulevard which front and side facades will be plastered and painted. The intervention includes a total removal of the old plastering and the construction of the new one together with painting.<\/p>\n

The Site is located at Vlora municipality.<\/p>\n
