This road is 16 km long. Qafe Thor\u00eb \u2013 Theth project is part of the program Master plan of Alps, implemented by the Albanian Development Fund and funded by the Albanian government.<\/p>\n
Protecting the environment, fostering the local economy, and integrating this area into the tourism industry are the key elements of this project.<\/p>\n
