mdhamo@albaniandf.org<\/a>.<\/h6>\nAssignment Description: <\/strong>The Government of Albania has received a loan from the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) in an of EURO 28,700,000 toward the cost of the \u201cCommunity Works IV: Development of the Albanian Alps and Coastal Areas\u201d Project, and it intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments for goods, works, related services and consulting services to be procured under this project.<\/p>\nThe project objective is the rehabilitation of the port side area and junction with the existing Lungomare promenade as well the rehabilitation of the Fag Square and Vlora center.The Consultant will prepare detailed technical designs for the identified projects in the area.<\/p>\n
Assignment Start Date and Duration: <\/strong>The overall envisaged period of implementation of the project is 10 months.<\/p>\nMaximum Budget available for the Assignment:<\/strong> The maximum budget for the assignment is 60,703,000 Albanian Leke (VAT excluded) and shall be specified in the Request for Proposal.<\/em><\/p>\nConsultant Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- The Consultant should have previous experience in the preparation of detailed designs in infrastructure, urbanism, public area regeneration, etc.<\/li>\n
- The Consultant shall have completed one project with value of services not less than 60,000,000 ALL (VAT excluded) in the required fields of expertise described above, within the 3 (three) calendar year period prior to the year of closing date for submission of applications.<\/li>\n
- The average annual turnover of the candidate in the last 3 (three) years must exceed \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0145,000,000 ALL, or equivalent; and<\/li>\n
- The averages of cash and cash equivalents at the beginning and end of year are positive.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Consultants satisfying the above criteria shall be ranked against the same criteria and a maximum of the top six shall be shortlisted.<\/p>\n
Status: <\/strong>The ADF now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing a team to perform these Services.\u00a0 Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the Services (company registration documents, brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.<\/p>\nThe Consultant should submit details of experience or similar assignments undertaken in the previous 3 (three) years, inclusive of project title; location; contractual role of the firm; the presence of any affiliate or parent companies and their respective roles; start and completion dates; value; name of the Client; Certificates issued by the Client for good completion of the assignment;\u00a0 funding source; objectives and brief narrative description of the project, functions and tasks carried out, including applicable national and\/or international codes and standards.<\/p>\n
The procurement of the services will be subject to the Council of Europe Development Bank\u2019s Guidelines for Procurement of Supplies, Works and Services, September 2011, and will be open to consultants from any country.<\/p>\n
Consultant\u2019s Expressions of Interest must be delivered to the address below by October 08, 2019, 11:00 hrs<\/strong>.
