Road safety audit stage 2 shall be paid to the segments intended for reconstruction under the RLRCP.<\/p>\r\n<p>A pilot zone near the road segments will also be studied and improved with high road safety measurements. This zone will serve as a model for future interventions of safety in infrastructure projects. The expected period for the service commencement is May 2019.<\/p>\r\n<p>Objective of the services:<\/p>\r\n<p>The objective of the services is the safety audit of the road segments under implementation of the RLRCP and the design preparation of a model zone with the highest safety standards. The consultant will be also entitled to supervise the proposed interventions within this assignment.<\/p>\r\n<p>The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be found at the following website: https:\/\/www.albaniandf.org.<\/p>\r\n<p>The Albanian Development Fund now invites eligible consulting firms (\u201cConsultants\u201d) to indicate their interest in providing the Services.
