The Board of Trustees acting in accordance with Article 100 of the Constitution, Article 16 and Annex 3 of Law no. 99\/2018, dated December 3, 2018, \"On the Budget of 2019\", and in accordance with the regulation adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Albanian Development Fund regarding the detailed rules of operation of this grant on 06.12.2018 announce the first call for project funding from \u201cLocal and regional infrastructure\u201d program, for 2019.<\/p>\n
Call directions for funding:<\/p>\n
a)\tRegional Development Projects, focused on improving road infrastructure among local units in order to facilitate access of communities to basic services, market and countries with high tourism, natural and cultural potential;<\/p>\n
b)\tProjects for urban and rural revitalization, development of public spaces and local economies, improving accessibility and mobility, revitalization of urban centers and improvement of local infrastructure.<\/p>\n
First call budget for 2019 is 2,500,000,000 ALL (Two billion and five hundred million ALL). The application for projects funding based on Annex No. 3 to the Budget Law will be made by the Local Self-Government Units. Project funding is guaranteed 100% by the \"Local and Regional Infrastructure\" program.<\/p>\n
