LED-type lighting has been installed along road. Lighting poles have been unified with the other part of Vlora integrating the new urban and tourism area with the rest of the city.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The project \u201cReconstruction of Pylli i Sodes Road\u201d is implemented by the Albanian Development Fund in the framework of the program \u201cCommunity Works IV- Development of the Albanian Alps and Coastal Areas\u201d and financed by the Albanian government and  Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The 5 km- road has been completed with all its elements, including bike lanes, sidewalks, lighting system, etc. In the past this segment hindered vehicle circulation from Vlora to Zvernec or the sorrounding areas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.albaniandf.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG-2018-12-13-pm-02.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4234 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.albaniandf.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG-2018-12-13-pm-02-300x225.jpg?resize=300%2C225&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.albaniandf.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG-2018-12-13-pm-01.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4233\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.albaniandf.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG-2018-12-13-pm-01-225x300.jpg?resize=170%2C227&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"170\" height=\"227\" \/><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p>Meanwhile, the project for the reconstruction of Ramzie Gjebrea segment that has started already, will connect Pylli Sodes with TransBalcan road, creating a new circulation axis for vehicles toward Vlora city and the highway.\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TIRAN\u00cb \u2013 P\u00ebrfundoi puna edhe p\u00ebr sistemin e ndri\u00e7imit n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e Pyllit t\u00eb Sod\u00ebs.
