The duration and summary scope of the contract:<\/strong> The construction period is 5 months. Valbona valley is the most attractive part of the National Alps Park. The actual project consists in the rehabilitation of the existing two building, construction of four bungalows, a gift shop, parking area and other constructive works which will help tourism in the area.<br \/>\nRequired works are mainly stone tile works, system installation, water sanitation, landscaping etc.<br \/>\nThe Site is located at Tropoja municipality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II. The selection method used:<\/strong> The Most Advantageous Bid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>III. The Bidder submitting the successful Bid:<\/strong> \u201cVllaznimi\u201d shpk. Tropoje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IV.
