{"id":3454,"date":"2018-08-10T10:49:07","date_gmt":"2018-08-10T08:49:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.albaniandf.org\/\/?p=3454"},"modified":"2018-08-10T11:02:12","modified_gmt":"2018-08-10T09:02:12","slug":"construction-reconstruction-of-water-supply-systems-in-rural-areas-in-albania-lot-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.albaniandf.org\/en\/2018\/08\/10\/construction-reconstruction-of-water-supply-systems-in-rural-areas-in-albania-lot-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Construction\/Reconstruction of Water Supply Systems in Rural Areas in Albania &#8211; Lot 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Invitation to Tenderers<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The Government of Albania represented by the Project Executing Agency has received funds from the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany through KFW Development Bank (KFW) a loan (BMZ ID 2011 66 370; 2020 61 133) toward the cost of the <strong><em>\u201cRural Water Supply Programme III\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the works contracts for the water infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cAlbanian Development Fund\u201d (hereinafter called ADF, hereby invites independent Contractors to submit a tender proposal for the Construction\/Reconstruction of Water Supply Systems in Rural Areas in Albania &#8211; Lot 2 in the Municipalities of Diber, Klos, Tropoje, Lezhe and Mat.<\/li>\n<li>ADF is the Contracting Authority (The Employer)<\/li>\n<li>The implementation period shall be 12 months followed by a 12 months Defects Notification Period.<\/li>\n<li>The tendering procedure is International Competitive Bidding to all eligible Tenderers as defined in the KfW Procurement Guidelines;<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.albaniandf.org\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Guidelines_Procurement_KFW.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guidelines Procurement KFW<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>and it will follow the Post-qualification procedure. Criteria to be used in evaluation are: (i) Eligibility, (ii) Financial Situation, (iii) Construction Experience, (iv) Human and Equipment Resources, (v) Construction Methodology (vi) Environmental, Health and Safety Plan, (vii) Litigation History and Others.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive offer by evaluation of the above criteria and subsequently compering the entire bid submitted. The Evaluation Report must receive the approval and No-objection of the KFW. The awarded Tenderer must be registered in Albania in case he is not already registered<\/li>\n<li>Interested Tenderers may obtain further information from the Albanian Development Fund at the address below during office hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm).
