{"id":3336,"date":"2018-08-01T09:31:19","date_gmt":"2018-08-01T07:31:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.albaniandf.org\/\/?p=3336"},"modified":"2019-05-28T16:57:19","modified_gmt":"2019-05-28T14:57:19","slug":"rruga-pogradec-tushemisht-fshzh-organizon-konsultim-me-banoret-qe-perfitojne-nga-projekti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.albaniandf.org\/en\/2018\/08\/01\/rruga-pogradec-tushemisht-fshzh-organizon-konsultim-me-banoret-qe-perfitojne-nga-projekti\/","title":{"rendered":"Pogradec-Tushemisht Road \u2013 ADF organizes a public consultation for project beneficiaries"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TIRANA- Residents of Pogradec and Tushemisht  showed a high interest in public consultation on environmental  and social assessment of  road  reconstruction.<\/p>\n<p>Pogradec \u2013 Tushemisht road is part  of the \u201cRegional and Local Roads Connectivity\u201d program, financed by the government of Albania and the World Bank and implemented by the Albanian Development Fund.<\/p>\n<p>The public meeting was held on 31 July, at the premises of Pogradec municipality. Its aim was to inform project affected locals on private property, compensation procedures and environmental impacts.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.albaniandf.org\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2018-08-01-2.jpg?ssl=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3334\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.albaniandf.org\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2018-08-01-2-150x150.jpg?resize=224%2C224&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"224\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.albaniandf.org\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2018-08-01-3.jpg?ssl=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3335 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.albaniandf.org\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2018-08-01-3-300x225.jpg?resize=300%2C225&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>What is the Environmental  and Social Management Plan and the  Resettlement Action Plan?<\/p>\n<p>Both plans are assessment documents focusing on project impacts such as people and environment.<\/p>\n<p>Albanian Government and donor policies pay a great attention to environmental care and involvement of the community affected by these projects.
