The Works consist on construction, urban regeneration and upgrading works in Vlora. This contract is first part of Reconstruction of the central boulevard \u201cIsmail Qemali\u201d which aims to transform the boulevard into a majestic grand boulevard that runs from the city entrance to the sea, the Port Vlore, sea promenade and the National Museum of Independence.\n<p>Required works are mainly earth works, concrete works, paving works, site systematization, urban lighting installation, urban furniture works, landscaping and greenery works.<\/p>\n<p>The Site is located at Vlora municipality.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><strong> The selection method used:<\/strong><\/b>The Most Advantageous Bid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><strong>III. The unsuccessful bidders and the reasons the bids were unsuccessful:\u00a0<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><strong>1) &#8220;Curri&#8221; shpk\u00a0<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The bid does not meet the qualifying criteria, conforming to all the terms, conditions and specifications of the Bidding Documents as follows:<\/p>\n<p>4.2.b) Specific Construction Experience. The criterion is not fulfilled.<\/p>\n<p>The Bidder fails to fulfill the sub-requirement for Stone tiles works: Bidder has submitted in the form the amount of 30,000 m2 executed in the contract: \u201cReconstruction of Vlora ring road lot 1\u201d. This contract was implemented by ADF and no stone tile works were foreseen or executed.<\/p>\n<p>The Bidder fails to fulfill the sub-requirement for Tree planting: The bidder has submitted in the form the amount of 1,700 trees planted in the contract: \u201cReconstruction of Vlora ring road lot 1\u201d.
