The Government intends to apply part of the Loan to eligible payments under the contract for which this Invitation for Prequalification is issued.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Albanian Development Fund (ADF) (hereinafter called \u201cthe Client\u201d) intends prequalifying firms and consortia to tender for the following contract (hereinafter called \u201cthe Contract\u201d) to be funded from part of the proceeds of the Loan:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><strong> Contract CWC\/ICB\/2018\/3, Construction of road Laskos Bridge \u2013 Qeparo and Laskos Bridge \u2013 Ku\u00e7 connection road, in Himar\u00eb Region<\/strong><\/b>\u2013 is a road of length 23.7 km, situated in \u201crolling\u201d terrain. The estimated contract duration will be 24 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prequalification and tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of the Loan from the Fund is open to firms and joint ventures of firms from any country.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prequalification documents may be obtained from the office at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 50 Euro (fifty Euro) or equivalent in a convertible currency. The method of payment will be direct deposit to the ADF account, at Union Bank, as follows:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><strong>Name of account: \u201cLlogari Projekti ADF\u201d<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><strong>Client number: 285464<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><strong>IBAN CODE: AL80 2141 1106 0111 2854 6403 0117.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The tenderer shall provide a Bank\u2019s payment receipt to the Client.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon receipt of appropriate evidence of payment of the non-refundable fee, the documents will promptly be dispatched by courier; however, no liability can be accepted for their loss or late delivery.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The prequalification documents must be duly completed and delivered to the address below, on or before 12:00 hrs CET on 6th April 2018.
