Are there specific methods or documentation standards to be adhered to?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Answer no.1:<\/u> \u00a0In order to meet the requirement outlined, participant numbers should be proved through one of the following:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The contract with client or,<\/li>\n<li>Photos and Videos of the event.\n<ul>\n<li>If the event was with tickets then the number of the participants is easy to declare through ticket\/sales (tax declaration etc.)<\/li>\n<li>In case the event was a free\/without ticket event, then, the methodology to be calculated through the photos\/videos of the event to be used will be as below:\n<ul>\n<li>For small participation\/loose 1 person per sqm.<\/li>\n<li>For normal participation 2 persons per sqm<\/li>\n<li>For dense participation 3-4 person per sqm<\/li>\n<li>For overcrowded participation 5-6 person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>***For the above you will need to bring photos\/videos of the event and state\/self-declare the (i) date, (ii) participants, (ii) location and (iv) square meters of the event place.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Question no. 2:<\/u> Regarding the five requested large-scale events, should these all be unique events, or is it acceptable for some of them to be recurring events held annually or at regular intervals?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Question no. 2:<\/u> Regarding the qualification criteria of the Team Profile, in order to clarify the above question please note that the proven experience should be in tourism product development and event management, with at least 9 tourism product development projects in the category of events, with a minimum of 5 in big sizes (participants more than 3000 pax). The five big size products\/events with participants of over 3000 participants should be all different and unique products\/events in order to count as similar experience.
