  1. The Republic of Albania (hereinafter called \u201cBorrower\u201d) has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) (the \u201cBank\u201d) in the form of a \u201cloan\u201d (hereinafter called \u201cloan\u201d toward the cost of Project for Integrated Urban and Tourism Development (PIUTD)<\/strong>, <\/em>and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for \u201cSaranda Tourism Gateway Integrated urban upgrading\u201d Lot 1,<\/strong> AL-ADF-310473-CW-RFB.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The Albanian Development Fund (ADF)\/PMT now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for under the above-mentioned contract which consists of:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Asphalt works<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Supply and installation of stone tiles <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Fa\u00e7ade Plastering and Painting <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Composite deck path works <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      This contract will be implemented in Saranda, Albania and the construction period will be 12 months.<\/strong><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      1. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank\u2019s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits<\/em>, (January 2011, revised July 2014),<\/em> (\u201cProcurement Guidelines\u201d), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank\u2019s policy on conflict of interest.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
