Invitation to Tenderers<\/h1>\n

  1. The Government of Albania represented by the Project Executing Agency has received funds from the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany through KFW Development Bank (KFW) a loan (BMZ ID BMZ ID 2019 69 542) toward the cost of the \u201cProgramme for the Reconstruction of Public Buildings\u201d<\/em>, project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the works contracts for reconstruction.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

      \n
    1. The \u201cAlbanian Development Fund\u201d (hereinafter called ADF, hereby invites independent Contractors to submit a tender proposal for theReconstruction of \u201cSulejman Elezi\u201d school, Kamez, Albania, ICB-Works-2022-2, KfW Procurement Number 508676.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      1. ADF is the Contracting Authority (The Employer)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

          \n
        1. The implementation period shall be 19 months followed by a 12 months Defects Notification Period.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

           <\/p>\n

            \n
          1. The tendering procedure is International Competitive Bidding to all eligible Tenderers as defined in the KfW Procurement Guidelines;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            and it will follow the Post-qualification procedure. Criteria to be used in evaluation are: (i) Eligibility, (ii) Financial Situation, (iii) Construction Experience, (iv) Human and Equipment Resources, (v) Construction Methodology (vi) Environmental, Health and Safety Plan, (vii) Litigation History and Others.<\/p>\n

             <\/p>\n

              \n
            1. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive offer by evaluation of the above criteria and subsequently compering the entire bid submitted. The Evaluation Report must receive the approval and No-objection of the KFW. The awarded Tenderer must be registered in Albania in case he is not already registered.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
