Si rezultat edhe i k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb koh\u00ebs nd\u00ebrhyrja do t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e jet\u00ebs, duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb zgjidhje optimale problematikave t\u00eb shfaqura n\u00eb infrastuktur\u00eb dhe jo vet\u00ebm.
