Moreover, it will take place road arrangement and paving process inside neighbourhood, pavement and green areas.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2018\u2019The Municipality of Pogradec is the beneficiary institution of the investment, which includes complete requalification of the area, starting from lighting, greenery and complete restoration of roads and facades of buildings, in order to bring a new reality of infrastructural development in this area \", - informed the Municipality of Pogradec.<\/em>b\u00ebn me dije Bashkia Pogradec.<\/p>\n<p>The rehabilitation process in the area, considering its strategic position, will have considerable effect for the inner development of the city, thus giving an economic and tourist dimension to the area. The intervention intends to preserve the architectural features of the implemented objects to which are related.<\/p>\n<p>This project will be integrated on best manner with the context of the area. It includes small squares for citizens, accompanied with benches and greenery, preserving the entire road tracks of the Block.<\/p>\n<p>The project is divided in into the following sections:<\/p>\n<p>1- Systematization of \u201cRinia\u201d street and \u201cReshit Collaku\u201d street<\/p>\n<p>2- Systematization of the sidewalk of the street \"Gani Butka\"<\/p>\n<p>Systematization of block no. 2<\/p>\n<p>The intervention is financed by the Albanian Government and it intends to improve the infrastructure of block no. 2. Currently, works are underway on roads, sidewalks, squares, parking lots and in the reconstruction of building facades. The project also foresees new lighting lines and rainwater drainage.
