{"id":4783,"date":"2019-05-03T10:04:13","date_gmt":"2019-05-03T08:04:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.albaniandf.org\/?page_id=4783"},"modified":"2019-10-07T10:02:29","modified_gmt":"2019-10-07T08:02:29","slug":"4-helix","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.albaniandf.org\/en\/projekte\/projekte-ne-zbatim\/4-helix\/","title":{"rendered":"Empowering the 4 helix of MED maritime clusters through an open source\/knowledge sharing and community-based approach in favour of MED blue growth"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Project Summary<\/h1>\n<p>4helix+\u00a0 aims at stimulating, coaching and funding <strong>CROSS-SECTORAL &amp; TRANS-BOUNDARY INNOVATION OF THE MED KEY SECTOR \u201cBLUE GROWTH \u201d<\/strong> which deserves to be better supported being an economic driver and a potential generator of development &amp; jobs.<\/p>\n<p>Main change sought is to improve basic conditions for bridging the gap among the<strong> MED maritime clusters<\/strong> and within their <strong>4helixes<\/strong> thanks to the collaboration with the NOT INSTITUTIONAL NEW INNOVATION AGENTS such as like <strong>fablabs, co-working spaces, makerspaces, creative hubs,<\/strong> etc. For sustaining innovation in Blue Growth, beside typical research facilities, it is imperative to favor its partnership with and within open spaces for exploratory interaction and creativity that may find room in this new kind of innovation agents.
