ADF is leaded by a Board of Trustees, whose chairman is the deputy Prime Minister of the Albanian Government. The executive office of ADF, managed by the Executive Director runs and administers the daily activity, cooperates with the Board and executes its decisions. This office develops, maintains the relationships and cooperates with different international and national similar institutions and Donors. The executive office is organized in five main departments. In total the staff counts 54 employees. ADF Field Team is organized in 4 Regional Units, composed by Technical, Social and Regional Inspectors, which guarantee an efficient and flexible presence of ADF in every city and village of Albania.
