Procurement
The procurement and contracting of the subprojects is done by the staff of the Local Government Units, assuring transparency and an open bidding process. The bid evaluation committees are composed from the staff of the LGU-s and representatives of the beneficiary community. The procurement process is observed by ADF representatives that reserves the right to ask the repeating of the procedure if irregularities are noticed.
