Technical Design
Preparation of the technical design is made by licensed experts that are contracted by the Local Government Units and approved by ADF. The technical design when still a draft is discussed in open community meetings and in the LGU offices, in order to find an acceptable solution for all the stakeholders. The design in its final version is approved by the Local Government unit and ADF experts. The design includes an evaluation of the Works that need to e done to minimize the environmental negative impact.
