Work Plans
The preparation of the work plans is done on regular basis per each Donor based on the budget available and specific requests from the Donors. This preparation includes the division of the budget per each Qark based on the population and poverty and including in the work plan the subprojects that have resulted as more feasible according to the evaluation explained above for each subproject proposed.
