ADF

Government of Albania has constantly encouraged and supported ADF negotiations with different Donors, guaranteeing financial support for ADF projects. Under this context, ADF has been and still remains an important institution in national infrastructures investments taken by Government of Albania.

ADF counts about 12% of World Bank investments under “Albania- Country Assistance Strategy” for short-term period 2003-2005;
From the amount of about US$ 131 million, ADF has benefited about US$ 15 million;
Under CARDS Program financed by European Community, ADF counts about 18,3% of investments planned for 2003-2006 period.
