ADF actually continues its activity as a specialized agency in the rehabilitation of the rural infrastructure (roads, bridges, footbridges, water supply systems, schools, health centers, community centers, markets, etc. The actual objectives of ADF are: 1. Development of Albanian rural and urban areas through employment, rehabilitation of social economic infrastructure, and offering employment possibilities 2. Development of Local Communities and Governments capacities especially under the framework of Governments Decentralization in Albania.
