This Manual of Procedures (MP) describes the general administrative, financial and technical procedures to be used for the Albanian Development Fund’s (ADF) general activities. The ADF Board of Trustees (BT) reserves the right to change, revise or supplement the policies and procedures described in this Manual with prior approval of World Bank (WB) and other Donors. All ADF employees are obliged to be familiar with and to apply these procedures in their work.
