On 17 September 2008 at the office of Albanian Development Fund in Tirana, was organised the bid opening for the first 4 roads segments, part of the Secondary and Local Roads Project. There was an optimal participation from the construction companies on the biding process. The opening of the bidding documents was effective, correct and transparent.
