The Albanian Development Fund, in the framework of  the project "Community Works III" financed by the Council of Europe Bank (CEB) has started the engineering works on the road pavement from Tec-i Kryqezimi i Shen Thanasit to Manastir.

ADF and Qender Commune have undertaken the reconstruction of 3 km of road from Narta village to Zvernec.

After the  68 million Lek investment in the tourist areas of   Zvernec, Manastir and the Beach, many areas which have been inaccessible up to the present, shall become accessible not only to local inhabitants but to tourists as well.

The pavement works on this road section have started recently and they are expected to be completed by the end of June 2009. This area which is located in the region of Vlora is well-known for its beautiful seacoasts which are not yet accessible to tourists.
