From 10 to 12 March 2010 in the touristic village of Razma in Shkoder District, the Albanian Development Fund organized the yearly activity of the Annual Analysis for 2009. The entire ADF staff was present at this meeting which lasted two days and where each Department presented the work accomplished in accordance with the work plans of the year 2009.

During this meeting, discussions were held on the achievements and problems encountered during project development, mainly on the projects’ progress and especially in relation to the Secondary and Local Roads Project financed by the World Bank. Furthermore, each Department/Unit displayed the main objectives for the year 2010.

Another important topic in the agenda of this meeting was the introduction of the ADF’s Mid-Term Strategy. This strategy addresses the needs of the Albanian Development Fund in boosting the institutional activity in order to fit in the context evolution of regional development and decentralization.

This strategic document will contribute to strengthening ADF’s status as a leading nationwide agency for a sustainable economic and social development at local and regional level.
