On July 10, 2007 the municipality of Puka organized a sportive activity on the occasion of the inauguration of the stadium of the city. This project is realized by ADF financed by KFW and CARDS program.  The value of this investment is about 46 million leke and includes the construction of gridiron, the grandstand, the stairs, the exposure rooms and the in wall. The capacity of the stadium is about 750 seats. In the ceremony took part the Mayer of Puka Mr. Rustem Strugaj, the executive director of ADF Mr. Benet Beci,  the director of the Management  Unit of the CARDS projects Mr. Artur Zaja,  the President of  FSHF Mr. Armando Duka, the vice - prefect of Puka, and other local authorities. On his speach the Mayer of Puka thanked ADF and the donors for the investment and the continuous support. On his speech Mr. Beci, highlighted the growing potential of ADF as an institution that apply the Albanian government strategy for the supporting of the local governments in the execution of their functions. ADF will support the increasing of the capacities in local government, especially on the decentralization. Other speakers congratulated ADF and the donors for their consideration concerning the football. They underlined the increasing of possibilities for the football teams for a good coaching and participation on national and international competitions. On this occasion was organized a friendly football match between team home and the staff of ADF. Mr. Sabah Bizi an famous ex-footballer of the Vllaznia team, hit the firs ball. The activity was followed with lot of interest by the citizens of Puka.

The project included : the drainage of the play ground, damp course, sward, the borders,  the construction of the racecourse with four lines, in wall of the stadium,  lightening and the construction of the stairs, the medical room, two rooms for teems football, two washrooms, two rooms for fitness, the reception, four offices and the grandstand.
