Identification
The identification of the needs for infrastructure interventions is made by the local communities in collaboration with the Local Government Units. The subprojects financed by ADF must be the main priorities selected in open meetings at village/neighborhood level and respect the legitimate decisions of the local elected (municipal or communal councils).
